We are pleased to announce this year’s ADAPT Family Connect Summit, which will take place on Thursday, April 26th at the New York Academy of Medicine. This event provides the latest information on resources, services and products essential for families living with disabilities in New York City.
Each year, The ADAPT Family Connect Summit attracts more than 500 families, practitioners, advocates and vendors for a half-day of workshops with industry experts discussing Family Support and Community Services, Assistive Technology,Smart Homes, and Conflict-Free Case Management. Attendees have the opportunity to participate in our vendor fair which includes over 100 companies showcasing their latest products, services and technologies for people with disabilities.
The conference is FREE, but advance registration is required. All registrants will be offered complimentary Metro cards, refreshments and box lunch will be provided. The conference is open to adults 18 years old and up (children are not permitted). Please register today, as space is limited!
