Family members and Individuals will learn more about Partners Health Plan (PHP) and Conflict Free Case Management, two programs that are being mandated by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Conflict Free Case Management will replace MSC early next year. PHP is for individuals over 21 who have both Medicaid and Medicare. You will be asked to join in the near future. We want to provide you with the information you need to make the best decisions.
