A long and rewarding year has come to an end, and it is time to celebrate the accomplishments of our students from our preschool and school-age programs. As a network of talented licensed and certified teachers, we are proud of the role we’ve played in their success and development, and our collaboration with their families has proven to be a success.
This school year brought new challenges with the introduction of remote learning and ensuring our parents and students received the same level of support and quality education. “It’s been unusual, emotional, and yet we made it here. I am so grateful to the staff at ADAPT Community Network for supporting the students and the parents during this time. The teachers took the lead. I never felt like my son was falling behind on the remote then blended schedule with his team of teachers and therapists. I am so proud of my little graduate,” said Estrella Munoz, Parent

Graduation does not mark the end of our relationship with families. Our Family Support Services will provide a range of benefits, including service referral assistance, housing assistance, financial reimbursements, home modifications, educational workshops, and resource fairs.
